Return and Refund

Eligibility:

• Returns accepted within 7 days for:

  • Defective/damaged items

  • Wrong products delivered

• Conditions:

  • Unused, in original packaging with tags.

  • Include order number and photos/video of issue.

Process:

1. Notify us via WhatsApp/email within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Return shipping cost:

   • Free if our error.

   • Customer-paid for other cases.

3. Refund processed within 5 business days after quality check.

Non-Returnable:

• Perishable/customized items.
